Mr. Le Thanh Tan graduated with a degree in Thermal Machinery and Equipment from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2009. With a strong technical foundation and an innovative mindset, he has accumulated extensive experience in the fields of electromechanics and intellectual property, particularly in patents and utility solutions.
Education:
- Bachelor of Engineering – Hanoi University of Science and Technology;
- Advanced Intellectual Property Training Course organized by the Vietnam Intellectual Property Office;
- Specialized training course on patent search and evaluation conducted by the Japan Patent Office (JPO) in collaboration with the Vietnam Intellectual Property Office;
- Advanced training course on patent drafting according to international standards by WIPO.
Experience:
Before taking on the role of a Patent Specialist, Mr. Lê Thanh Tân gained extensive experience in the electromechanical sector. He previously served as an Engineer and Head of the Electromechanical Department at Ecoba Vietnam Joint Stock Company, where he was responsible for supervising, designing, and optimizing electromechanical systems for large-scale projects.
With years of experience in both technical fields and intellectual property, he has advised and assisted businesses and individuals in patent registration, protection, and commercialization. His expertise lies in conducting patent searches, assessing novelty and inventive steps, and helping clients develop effective intellectual property protection strategies.
Additionally, he has experience in handling patent-related disputes and working with domestic and international intellectual property authorities. With deep knowledge and a strategic mindset, he is committed to providing optimal solutions to help clients comprehensively and effectively safeguard their intellectual property rights.
